A London route into jewellery, media and brand development

Barry Roberts was born and raised in South East London. After an early period studying finance and accountancy, he found his way into London’s jewellery industry and later established Roberts & Co in 2007.

What began as a jewellery company blog gradually became Roberts London, an editorial and media project concerned with the city’s places, people, shops, craftsmanship and cultural life.

Today, his work connects jewellery, silver, restoration, cultural media and the careful development of British brands — with a particular interest in things made to be chosen, worn, used, gifted and kept.
